What are the differences between your three dual-gas AC machines, AC-Dual, AC-Dual 20 and AC-Dual PRO?
In addition to having all the features of AC-Dual, AC-Dual 20 includes a printer, vacuum leak test functionality, an installed pressure sensor to enhance refrigerant recovery efficiency, the option for a touchscreen, and a bottle scale that enables automatic oil injection.
AC-Dual 20 PRO not only includes all the features of AC-Dual 20 but also features a built-in 1234yf identifier. This identifier allows refrigerant identification during recovery and charging, helping to prevent cross-contamination of refrigerants. AC-Dual PRO is installed with 2 filters separately for 134a and 1234yf to completely prevent cross contamination. AC-Dual PRO also includes two set of service hoses with quickly switching connecting 134a and 1234yf vehicles.
Is the upgrade of the vehicle model database free? How can I upgrade it?
It's a lifetime free service. We will send updated databases and upgrade guides to customers via email. Customers can upgrade immediately by connecting the AC machine to the computer using a USB cable.
How often does your AC machine need to have the filter replaced for maintenance? How is it done?
The filter should be replaced every 600 service cycles or when the refrigerant recovery volume reaches 220 lbs. You can purchase a filter or a maintenance kit, which includes a filter, on our website.
After replacing the filter, reset the machine.

I bought this machine because I needed to do our 134 and our 1234YF I like the machine, but the manual leaves a lot to be desired because it doesn’t go into a lot of detail so I have to learn on the fly as I’m working on the car. my 25 year old has purge on it and does not. The software database is incomplete and so when you advertise that you have a software database, I actually use it because I work on a lot of different cars and would be nice if you had another function called vacuum and recharge , the reason I say this is because when you work on a car if you have to evacuate and then do the repair and then recharge it would be if you could hit button vacuum injection and recharge my CR 300 has this feature and I like it a lot other than that it’s good

The fact that this machine does both R134a & 1234YF is what makes it worth every penny. Usually to do both would require separate machines and therefore, double the price. The machine is easy to use and straight forward. It comes with everything you need. It shipped out and arrived quickly.
As for any cons: The plastic cover is thin and breaks/cracks easily.
It does take 10 minutes to switch between the freon types as it clears the lines. A small price to pay..

My current A/C machine stopped working and I needed a replacement. After some research, I found this machine and was impressed with other reviews. I spoke with George a couple of times and worked out all the details. It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Easy to set up and easy to use. The only thing that throws me off a little bit is the high side and low side pressure gauges on the machine are opposite of my old machine. That’s going to take a little getting used too. Other than that I’m really happy with this purchase. It works very well.
