Where are your AC machines manufactured? 
Our AC machines are manufactured in our large specialized factory in China with over 20 years of research and development as well as production experience in AC equipments.
Where are you located in US?  How to contact you?  
We are located at 262 Suburban Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. Here, we have a facility that includes a warehouse, sales, technical, and service support center.

Where can I buy your machines? 
  • Online order: You can buy from our official website www.airtekproducts.com or from authorized sellers on Amazon, eBay and Walmart.com.
  • Order through distributors: You can place an order through our authorized local distributors in the United States. The distributor directory is available on our website's "Where to Buy" page for reference.
  • Order directly with us: We accept purchase orders from customers with good credit. 
What are the differences between purchasing from your website and buying from Amazon? 
Both options provide the same excellent after-sales service and support. Purchasing from Amazon offers Amazon's credit terms and service guarantee, while buying from our official website includes our product discounts and special pricing for extended warranties.
Do you have the qualification to directly serve as a supplier to the federal government and military?
Yes. We are a registered company in SAM (System for Award Management) with UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) and CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) codes.

If I purchase a machine from your distributor and it experiences a malfunction or requires maintenance, who will provide the service?
We have over 30 service centers across the United States that provide service for all our products, regardless of where you purchased the machine. Our New York headquarters' technical service center also offers 24/7 support to customers nationwide through phone, email, and online chat.

1. Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How is the shipping charge for your AC machines calculated?
Our shipping policy offers free shipping for orders above $500 within the continental United States. Additional offshore or international charges apply for HI, AK, PR and Canada.
Can I pick up the machine by myself
Our warehouse is located at 262 Suburban Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. You can schedule an appointment to pick up the machine yourself.
After placing order, how long will it take for the AC machine to be delivered?
Under normal circumstances, we dispatch the AC machine from our New York warehouse on the second business day after order confirmation. Therefore, you can expect to receive the delivery within 3 to 8 days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Where can I find information about discounts or promotions on your products? How can I obtain a discount?
You can click on "GET DISCOUNT" on our website's homepage to access our promotions page and view the current discounts. After that, you can contact us to receive a discount code for placing your order.

How can I get sales tax exemption 
If you qualify for sales tax exemption, please contact us via phone, email, or online chat. Provide your user registration information on our website, and we will set up your account for sales tax exemption.

If I participate in a bidding project or wish to have you as a supplier, how can I obtain your official quotation?
Certainly, you can email the specific product specifications and qualification requirements to info@airtekproducts.com. We will respond within 24 hours and send you the official quote for our recommended products.
Do you accept orders through Purchase Orders (POs)? What is the maximum credit term you can accept?
We accept PO orders with a payment term of up to net 90 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, Paypal, wire transfers, and checks.
Can I purchase your machine through financing?
You can purchase our machines through financing, for example, using Shop Pay or collaborating with third-party financial institutions partnered with us. We recommend contacting our finance department or sales team directly for detailed information about financing options, terms, and procedures.
If my credit card or PayPal limit is not enough, can I split the order and pay with multiple cards?
We accept split payment methods for an entire order. Check the payment options on the checkout page to see if split payments are supported, or you can contact customer service for specific payment guidance.

Can your AC machine be used for hybrid vehicles?
All AC machines currently available for sale from us are compatible with hybrid vehicles.
Is your AC machine SAE certified?
Our Acentre20 1234yf AC machine is SAE certified. 
Does your AC mahcine have an identifier function?
Our AC-Dual 20-I, AC-Dual Pro, and ACentre20 come with a built-in 1234yf identifier function. 
What are the differences between your three dual-gas AC machines, AC-Dual, AC-Dual 20 and AC-Dual 20-I? 
In addition to having all the features of AC-Dual, AC-Dual 20 includes a printer, vacuum leak test functionality, an installed pressure sensor to enhance refrigerant recovery efficiency, the option for a touchscreen, and a bottle scale that enables automatic oil injection.

AC-Dual 20-I not only includes all the features of AC-Dual 20 but also features a built-in 1234yf identifier. This identifier allows refrigerant identification during recovery and charging, helping to prevent cross-contamination of refrigerants.
What are the differences between your three 1234yf AC machines, AC-1234-20, AC-1234plus and ACentre20?
AC-1234plus is designed with a touchscreen for an enhanced customer experience compared to the AC-1234-20. 

ACentre20, a newly launched SAE-certified 1234yf machine, offers powerful features beyond AC-1234plus, including a built-in identifier, flushing functionality, and optional AC diagnostic features.
Can your AC machine be used for buses?
The choice of our AC machine model depends on the refrigerant capacity of your bus's air conditioning system. The regular dual gas and 1234yf models come with refrigerant tanks that can hold a maximum of 22 pounds, suitable for typical school buses with an air conditioning refrigerant capacity of 6 pounds. For larger buses with refrigerant capacities exceeding 15 pounds, it is recommended to choose our 134a or 1234yf heavy-duty AC machine, the AC-HD20.
Afer receiving your AC machine, what other accessories do I need to make it working?
All accessories are included with the machine, you just need to prepare the refrigerant, and you can start using it immediately.

2. Operations

What is the password to enter the system setting? 
The password to system setting is 111111.
How can your dual gas AC machine switch between two refrigerants?
After the Dual machine is powered on, you will see options for both 134a and 1234yf refrigerants. The machine defaults to the refrigerant type used during the last session. If you want to use the same type of refrigerant, you can directly enter the main interface. If you want to switch to a different type of refrigerant, you need to replace the quick connector according to the machine's requirements. The machine will then run a 10-minute evacuation process before switching to the other refrigerant.

Ensure that before switching refrigerants, clean the refrigerant from the red and blue hoses of your machine thoroughly.
Do your AC machine use different refrigerant tanks for recovery and recharging? How to fill the machine's tank?
Our AC machines use the same refrigerant tank, which is already installed on the machine, for both refrigerant recovery and recharging. So, when you receive our new AC machine, you can immediately use it for automotive refrigerant recovery. However, if the refrigerant in the machine's tank is less than 4 lbs, you must perform a tank fill before charging the vehicle with refrigerant. It is recommended to have 8-15 lbs of refrigerant in the tank before adding it to the vehicle.

Performing a tank fill is done using the blue quick connector, connected through the provided 134a or 1234yf fitting adapter, to an external 134a (30 lb) or 1234yf (10 lb) refrigerant tank.

Should the red and blue valves on the machine's refrigerant tank be turned off or left open?
The valves on the machine's refrigerant tank can be turned off when the machine is not in use. However, when the machine is in operation, it is essential to fully open the red and blue valves on the machine's refrigerant tank.

1. Warranty

How long is the warranty for your AC machines?
Under normal circumstances, AC machines purchased online typically come with a one-year warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the time you receive the machine.
Do you have extended warranty for your AC machines?
You can purchase our 1-year or 2-year extended warranty either together with the machine on our website or separately at a later time.
If I want to purchase extended warranty separately, when must I buy it?
If you want to purchase extended warranty separately, you must buy it before the original machine warranty expires. However, we recommend purchasing it within one month of receiving the machine to avail the same discounted price as when purchasing extended warranty together with the machine.

2. Maintenance

Is there any reprogramming required after so many uses your AC machine?
No, our AC machines do not require software reprogramming, except for routine hardware maintenance and updates to the vehicle model database.
Is the upgrade of the vehicle model database free? How can I upgrade it?
It's a lifetime free service. We will send updated databases and upgrade guides to customers via email. Customers can upgrade immediately by connecting the AC machine to the computer using a USB cable.
How often does your AC machine need to have the filter replaced for maintenance? How is it done?
The filter should be replaced every 600 service cycles or when the refrigerant recovery volume reaches 220 lbs. You can purchase a filter or a maintenance kit, which includes a filter, on our website. After replacing the filter, reset the machine.

3. Troubleshooting and Repair

Do you have inventory of accessories and parts for your AC machine? 
We stock a sufficient quantity of accessories & parts at our New York headquarters warehouse and some key regional service centers, such as California, based on the models and quantities of machines we sell, as well as their failure rates.
Who would work on the machine if we had trouble on it? 
If you encounter issues with your machine, you can immediately call our 24/7 service hotline for support. We will guide you remotely to diagnose and fix the problem. If remote assistance is not successful, we will contact the nearest service center to you, arrange on-site repair, or send the machine to the service center for maintenance. You can also find the nearest service center and contact them through the list provided on the service center page on our website, which includes over 30 service centers.
