Excellent support & service.
We love our Airtex AC machine. No problems servicing vehicles. We recently needed to replace the R134 connectors and the hoses. Called in and they answered our questions on a Sunday . Then ordered on the website on Sunday evening. Product was shipped out on Monday. Great customer service! These folks are great.
Skeptical at first to try a new product brand but once we put it to use I was more than satisfied. 2 Jobs in and I can say it has worked better than my previously owned common name brand machines. Only downside is that it does not come pre loaded with refrigerant capacity database, I will look through the manual and see if it needs an update or file upload.
