Skeptical at first to try a new product brand but once we put it to use I was more than satisfied. 2 Jobs in and I can say it has worked better than my previously owned common name brand machines. Only downside is that it does not come pre loaded with refrigerant capacity database, I will look through the manual and see if it needs an update or file upload.
